VICTORIA PLACE

Berges is collaborating with developers Renew Partners on Victoria Place in Painesville, a 191,000-square-foot former mall and office complex on Painesville Square. Berges is the Contractor overseeing and carrying out the renovation into a mixed-use property. When complete, the long-vacant building will consist of  78 market-rate apartments on the top two floors and commercial space on the first floor. The project is a key piece of efforts to redevelop Painesville’s downtown.
